The Strand Health Club
Every effort is made to ensure the smooth running of the health club, however, short notice refurbishment or maintenance is sometimes unavoidable. All facilities are subject to availability.
Booking & Cancellations
Credit card details are required to secure an appointment. Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice, or full payment for the treatment will be charged.
We ask that you always allow enough time for your appointment and arrive 15 minutes prior, so that we can offer you refreshments and the opportunity to relax in the lounge. Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients , a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, and late appointments may not be honoured.
If you have any special requirements that we should take into account when you visit us, for example Heart Conditions, High/Low Blood Pressure, Circulatory Disorders, Epilepsy, Arthritis/Rheumatism, Diabetes, Allergies or are pregnant, you should seek the advice of your doctor. Strand Health Club is not able to give medical advice.
If any treatment is found unsuitable we will recommend an alternative where possible, subject to availability.
Gift Certificates
All Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date stamped on the voucher. Gift vouchers cannot be refunded in total or in part and cannot be replaced by Strand Health Club if lost or stolen. Only monetary vouchers may be used for the purchase of products.
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Credit Card Security
The Strand health Club takes all reasonable care with use of your credit card details. We only take card numbers by telephone currently to avoide third party misuse online.
Use of your personal data
Your basic details are with us for administration purposes and for our customer service programme. We do not give away or sell your information to other parties.
If you do not wish us to send you information or to email you our special offers please write to us at the company address. We respect your privacy.

The Strand Health club has taken great care to give correct representation of all services and products on the website. However any mistakes that occur on the site due to interrupted access, service loss and / or corruption we absolve ourselves from to the extent permitted by law.
The Strand Health Club shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this Web site.
The exclusions of liability set out in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of The Strand Health Club or any of its employees or agents.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The Strand Health Club reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on this Web site.
